Here are some tips for fasting while working to stay productive and healthy:

1.  Eat a healthy and nutritious pre-dawn meal (sahur)
Sahur is the first meal eaten before starting the fast. Consume healthy and nutritious foods like complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. This will help provide the energy and nutrients needed to carry out daily activities.
